About The Author:
Rosiland Bivings has had a
life long interest in the American political process
A class project in junior high school in
her hometown of Fresno, California
introduced her to hands-on politics.
Her parents emphasized the importance of
voting and speaking out for justice and
equality to her and her siblings at a very
young age. She worked on the 1968
Presidential Campaign for the late Hubert
Humphrey at 13 years old.
Believing in the power of
the people’s voice, Letters To America is her
contribution to the continuing desire to
ensure liberty and justice for all.
She has been a candidate
for City Council in the City of Mountain View,
California, where she currently resides.
